ElluminateHER provides high-level sales coaching and consulting services for online business coaches and course creators looking to increase their signature program enrollment and conversion rates.
What qualifications do I need to apply for a Sales Liaison position at ElluminateHER?
We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of sales success and experience working in the online coaching or course creation space. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is also preferred.
What does the hiring process look like at ElluminateHER?
After submitting an application, candidates who meet our initial qualifications will be invited to a virtual interview. Be on the lookout for an @elluminateher.com email address once your application is submitted. Successful candidates will then move onto a second interview, which may include a skills assessment or trial project.
What is the work schedule like for a sales consultant at ElluminateHER?
Sales Liaisons at ElluminateHER work remotely and are expected to be available via phone or email during normal business hours, typically Monday through Friday. Most events typically fall on the weekend and you would be expected to be available 1 day before the event and 1 day after the event. You would know 60 days in advance if you are working an event.
How does ElluminateHER support its Sales Liaisons?
Our Sales Liaisons receive ongoing training and support from experienced sales coaches and mentors. We also provide the tools and resources needed to succeed, including a CRM system, email templates, and a proven sales process.
Can I continue to work full-time and supplement my curent position with ElluminateHER?
At ElluminateHER, we understand that many of our consultants have other obligations and commitments. Therefore, we offer a flexible schedule that allows our sales consultants to work part-time and supplement their current positions with our program. This flexibility allows you to create your own schedule and work at your own pace, without compromising your other commitments.
Is this a 1099 position? Will I be considered an independent contractor?

This means that you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. However, we offer competitive compensation and a supportive team environment to help you succeed.
